Exactly like gang-up chasey, exept whoever is it has a bell and has to ring it (just like the lepars did back in Jesus' day) and when they tag someone, because leprasy is contageous, that person is it aswell, and grabs a bell and rings it, chasing others.
This goes on until everyone is a leper.
