Game categories: Action / Team Work / Wide Game

Materials: 2 parallel walls a reasonable distance apart

Divide into two even teams.
Each wall is the other teams base and in opposite corners are the teams jails.
When person A leaves their base they begin to go stale.
If person B on the opposite team leaves their own base after person A, B is FRESHER than A and can tip A.
Assuming B tips A before A gets back to base, A and B both have safe passage back to B's jail.
Once a is in jail and another teamate C is also caught, they form a line with C touching the wall.
A is only freed when someone from his team, D, comes and tips him, at which point A and D have safe passage back to their base, but C is still in jail.

Having played this game nearly a thousand times it has only ever finished maybe a dozen times.
But it is the most awesome game once you start playing it a few time.

Please note that with teams over 20 people each cheatin becomes a problem

What is the purpose of the game? Why would anyone leave their wall?

The purpose of the game is to catch all of the other team so that they a lined up on your teams wall. So leaving your base may cause the other team to go after you.

we have played this for years at our church and is awsome but a bit more serious and no walls as were in australia and not china or japan.

a line of some description will do. the funny thing is you need to be patient and the game will develop the longer it goes, terry is right there is no point in leaving the wall but they do anyway.

My youth once played this for 3 hours in the sun at a youth camp in mudgee...It was only meant to be a filler for 30min. Well they slept well that night which was a first.
