Materials: Paper/plastic cups, large rubber bands, object to push (eg. golf ball, ping pong ball)

This is pretty much just a relay with a twist...

Poke two holes opposite one another at the top of the cups and attach the large rubber band to the holes. This is to be used as a 'nose extension'...

Split the group up into 2 or more teams...
Each child should have a 'nose extension' attached...

Depending on how creative you are, you can make a course or just do a traditional relay race...the kids must get on their hands and knees and guide the ball/object around the course using the 'nose', first one to have all members complete the course is the winner...
